(Shigeru, Akira, Kyoko, Yuki, Keiko - the mum)
burdened with the responsibility to look after his 2 sisters and a brother, eldest son Akira faces the tough fate of their mother, leaving them with little money in a rental apartment. all of them siblings are of different dad. a mum that talks like a no brainer and proves herself to be selfish, leaving them behind and moving to osaka. a booze mum. really a boo. they were all deprieved from their little dreams and school.
an accident of felling off the chair, youngest sister yuki died from it. the fulfill his promise of bring her to a place to see aeroplanes, he and saki packed her off in a luggage with her favourate chocolates and buried her near the airport. helpless and no idea what to do, that was the best he could give.
they continue to survive with water from tap in the park, free sushi leftovers from the convenience store, candles and a messed up apartment with rental overdue...but for how long? we never know.
